Refund policy

Return, refunds and cancellation policy:

Thanks for shopping with Signature on Hastings. Please read the below returns policy before placing your order as refunds are only offered for faulty goods. Exchanges or returns for change of mind are not offered. If your item is faulty, the item does need to be returned to us within 7 days of receiving it and a full refund will be issued upon approval after inspection.

Refunds:

We ask that you choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. It is the buyers' responsibility to inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. We must be notified in writing of any damages upon receipt of goods, including proof of damages during this period. Items will need to be returned within 7 days after sending proof of damage to be considered for full refund.

Refunds are only offered for faulty goods that do not match the description or do not perform to their function. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached. Signature on Hastings reserves the right to deny a refund if the item is not returned in the specified condition. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please take special care with packaging an item to return it to us to ensure it is returned in its original condition. If it is an option for you, we would prefer you to return your item to the store. Otherwise, a courier will be organised to collect your item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:

Please note, we do not offer exchanges on any items purchased through our online store. It is important if you have any questions at all about an item to contact Signature on Hastings. We are happy to give you any additional information about a product.

Gift Vouchers:

All Signature on Hastings gift vouchers are redeemable for merchandise only and can be used in-store or online. They are not exchangeable for cash, nor are they transferable.
